Starbucks’ Gazebo Blend

I strolled into my local Starbucks this afternoon to find that they were no longer serving the Gazebo Blend. My heart sank. Surely they’d have to be serving it at my other favorite Starbucks. So being the addict I am, I drove on over. The anticipation was killing me. What if they stopped serving it to? Do I drive to the other Starbucks? (Yes, I’m that addicted and stubborn.)

My questions soon came to a halt as I walked through that door. I saw the Bold Pick of the Day sign. Gazebo Blend was listed. The familiar barrista asked me what I wanted. I answered and the Gazebo blend was available. (Eureka!) Ah, the Gazebo blend. Normally I’m not one to enjoy coffees with citrus notes but this coffee is spectacular!

Clean, bold, but yet pleasantly fruity. This coffee really is a great pick for summer. I’d recommend pairing it with Starbucks’ Lowfat Raspberry Sunshine Muffin that I sampled this afternoon. The Gazebo blend really brings out the fruity raspberry flavor of the muffin. So my fellow addicts stroll on over to your local Starbucks! Grab up a Short, Tall, Grande, Venti, whatever pleases your fancy! And ask for that Gazebo blend!

Before I log off I wanted to let you kiddos know, if you didn’t already, that Starbucks is now giving out recipe cards for some of their pastries. I’ll be sure to make the Banana Walnut Bread off of the card I received today and let you guys know how it turned out.

Keep sipping that coffee!
